Wayne has been singing and playing country music in clubs and honky tonks, all around Missouri, Kansas and Iowa. Being a truck driver, his handle for the last thrity years has been "Honky Tonk Hero."
So when he started spending his winters in Texas, and playing there, it seemed only natural when he cut his first studio CD, to call it "Honky Tonkin in Texas."
